Key dates for abstract submission

Notice

• All presenters should submit the abstract through official website.
• Up to two abstracts can be submitted per one presenter.
• All accepted presenters should complete the registration and payment.
• Abstract submission to Co-host organizations session will be opened until January 27, 2017 and it is accessible only by Korean account.

Abstract form

• Please refer the template when you submit the abstract.
• All abstracts should be submitted in English with the form of both Word(.doc or .docx) and PDF file.
• Abstract should include the title, name of author, and affiliation. Please make sure that you need to underline on the presenter’s name, and put an asterisk (*) next to corresponding author’s name.

How to submit the abstract

1. Please log-in the InSEA 2017 website with and Password for InSEA 2017.
   (Although you have InSEA membership, you are kindly required to create InSEA 2017 ID.)
2. Scientific Program Tab → Click the ‘Call for Abstract’ → Abstract submission
3. Fill out the information of abstract and authors.
   - Including presenter, corresponding author and co-author
   - Refer the sample form of abstract
4. You can confirm your abstract information on My page
